The following sections describe the terms and conditions between the customer and Euro Lottery Services.
1. Web User.
You must be at least 18 years (or older) of age to use this website.
2. Our service.
We buy lottery tickets at official lottery sales offices in your name and on your behalf. Our service includes the purchase of your lottery tickets, sending a confirmation by email for each lottery you participate in. Managing and placing a scan of your lottery tickets in your Account My ELS and we transfer the winnings (prize money) into your Account My ELS or transfer the winnings to your bank account.
3. Service costs.
When all necessary payments are successfully fulfilled, you as the player are the owner of the lottery ticket/line(s) that you have ordered through our Service. You will also be entitled to receive 100% of winnings falling on the lottery ticket/line(s) and this without any additional costs.
4. Transaction costs.
A player will pay € 1,- transaction costs for orders up to € 20,- For orders over € 20,- no transaction costs will be calculated.
Once a Player has commenced the purchase of tickets entries, Euro Lottery Services is unable to offer any refunds and ticket entries cannot be amended or cancelled. Players must carefully check their numbers before completing their purchase to avoid any errors.
6. Personal Account My ELS.
All lottery tickets are securely stored for you in your online personal Account My ELS. You can see and check your lottery tickets in your Account My ELS. On your Account My ELS you will see a detailed picture (scan) of your lottery tickets purchased for you. The lottery ticket/number contains the numbers you use to play on the drawing day. Besides your numbers, you will find the number of draws, date of purchase on it.
Euro Lottery Services will send you an e-mail every week to inform you about the results of the lotteries. In addition, Euro Lottery Services also informs you about all winnings through your Account My ELS. Euro Lottery Services also offers you the possibility to view the status of your subscription or purchased lottery ticket(s) and other information about your participation. This is visible on a password-protected page in your personal Account My ELS.
7. Play Form.
You can use the play form on the website in two ways. You can enter your own favourite lucky numbers or you can choose a "Lucky Dip". A "Lucky Dip" is the quick way to order your lottery tickets. Your numbers with a "Lucky Dip" will be selected randomly from the computer.
8. Closing time.
The closing time for processing your tickets depends on the lottery you have choosen. Below you will find the specific closing times for each lottery mentioned. Ticket(s) ordered after closing time will be processed for the next upcoming draw.

Euro Lottery Services will always check if you are one of the winners and help you get the prize money from the lottery organization you play with. However, you should know that: you are responsible for reporting Euro Lottery Services if you are the winner. In certain circumstances, e.g. For example, if you win the jackpot or if the lottery organization needs more information to verify your identity, that organization can expect you to collect your prize personally.
9.1. Treatment of the prize money:
(a) Won prize money automatically goes to Euro Lottery Services and is automatically added to your Account My ELS;
(b) If your winnings are more than € 5.000,- Euro Lottery Services will send you an official lottery payout form that you must complete, sign and then send back to us to receive your prize. Euro Lottery Services will use this registration form and your lottery ticket to claim your prize. The lottery organization then sends us a check that has been issued in your name. This can only be collected by you. Once we have the check, we will contact you so that you receive the check as soon as possible;
(c): If the lottery organization requires you to be present (for example, if you are the jackpot winner or if the lottery requires it for a reason), you must personally collect the winning lottery ticket from our office;
(d) Lotto players are responsible for all costs related to the collection of the prize and / or the handling of the winning lottery ticket;
9.2. Proof of Identity (KYC)
Euro Lottery Services adheres to Anti-Money Laundering principles. When a Player requests to withdraw their Winnings Balance, our accounts department may require some or all of the following proof of identity and address: A color photo or scan of the Player's government-issued photo ID (such as passport, driving licence or ID card); A copy of a recent (past 3 months) utility bill; A recent credit card statement.
By accepting our terms and conditions, you, the player, are the only person responsible for paying all taxes related to the income you receive as a result of the prize money you earn. Gaming tax is paid on a prize won. With some lotteries this is levied in advance. You also agree that the relevant lottery organization can retain part of your winnings and, if necessary, transfer them on your behalf to the relevant tax authority.
For exact information we advise you to consult the website of the official lottery organization. Also check the tax rules in the country where you live, in addition to the information we provide to you, local taxes that may apply. The level of payment differs per country.
9.4. In your Account My ELS, you can choose to cash out your winnings (transfer to your own bank account) or you can use it to order new lottery tickets.
9.5. Every first week of a new month, we transfer the prize money to those who have their settings on pay-out prize money.
10. Non-payments of Winnings.
10.1 We may void and shall be entitled not to pay any Winnings if:
(a) if you ticket order is placed after the closing time;
(b) If we become aware of an error in relation to the ticket order and we are not able to contact you to correct the error or confirm the ticket order before the relevant draw;
(c) if you charge back any ticket fee relating to your Account My ELS without our consent;
(e) if you have provided us false or misleading information as part of or in connection with your Account My ELS or otherwise in connection with the Website or the services available through it, including the Services;
(f) if you are being involved in any collusion or fraud-related activities in relation to the placing of the ticket order, the operation of your Account My ELS or otherwise in connection with the Website or the services offered via it, including the Services;
(g) Less than 18 years old;
(gii) In breach of any material provision of these Terms and Conditions;
10.2 If any ticket order is voided in accordance with clauses 10.1 (a), (b) or (c), we will offer the you the option of placing any ticket on the next relevant Draw or crediting it to your Account My ELS with the sum of money representing such voided ticket order. If any ticket order is otherwise voided by us in accordance with this clause 10, the relevant ticket order shall be forfeited to us. In the event that a ticket order is placed by someone under 18 years old, we shall be entitled to retain that ticket order or return the ticket order to the legal guardian of such person as we will in our discretion decide and as we may decide is in accordance with local law.
11.1 We will use reasonable endeavours to avoid any error in the odds provided by us in relation to ticket order and any other information published on the Website, the acceptance of ticket order, registration or other action in respect of your Accounts, notification of Prizes and Winnings or otherwise in respect of the operation of ticket orders, Account My ELS, the Services and the Website, and reserve the right to correct any errors, but beyond this no warranty is given.
11.2 Where we become aware of an error affecting you in relation to a ticket order or Draw prior to the relevant Deadline for such Draw, we will use reasonable endeavours to inform you of the error and to offer you the choice of keeping the ticket order or confirming or voiding the ticket order. In the event that we cannot contact you, the terms of clause 9.1 (b) shall apply.
11.3 You shall immediately notify us if any funds are credited to your Account My ELS in error. Should such a mis-credit occur, the funds in question shall not be withdrawn or otherwise used by you, and we reserve the right to withdraw or recover these funds.
12.1 We may terminate, vary or suspend your access to your Account My ELS/our Services immediately and without prior notice:
(a) If you breach these Terms and Conditions;
(b) If at our discretion (acting reasonably), we consider that your conduct compromises our position in any manner;
(c) For any other reason at our sole discretion, acting reasonably.
13. Written communications.
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using the Website, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on the Website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
14. Events outside our control.
14.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").
14.2 A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
(a) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
(b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
(c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
(d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
(e) The postponement or cancellation of any Draw;
(f) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
(g) Delays, losses, errors or omissions in or made by the postal or other delivery service or by the banking system;
(h) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or regulator;
(i) Failure of any telecommunications system.
14.3 Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
15.1 We reserve the right to publicise and promote details of winners including but not limited to the sum of Winnings. We publish on the Website the name and geographical location by country of all winners and that you agree to us including your details (including personal data) on the Website if you are a winner at our discretion.
15.2 All media enquiries regarding us received by you must be referred to us immediately. You agree to fully indemnify us against all claims, losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of any breach by you of the provision of this clause 15.
If any of these Terms and Conditions or any provisions on a Account My ELS are determined by any court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. Our right to vary these Terms and Conditions.
17.1 We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
17.2 Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be notified to you by a prominent notice on the Website which you will need to accept by ticking the appropriate box, prior to coming into effect. Revised terms and conditions will also be notifed on the website. Your Account My ELS will be governed by the amended terms as soon as the amendments are notified on the Website. If you are not happy with any amendments to these Terms and Conditions you can terminate your Account My ELS on giving us 7 days’ written notice. It remains your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that they meet with your approval. If you continue with your Account My ELS and/or the Services, your continuation will be confirmation of your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
18. Third party rights.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, nothing within these Terms and Conditions shall create or confer any rights or any other benefits whether pursuant to the Account My ELS (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 or otherwise in favour of any person other than you and us.
19. No partnership or agency.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended or should be construed as creating any partnership, agency or any other form of joint enterprise between you and us.
20.1 In these Terms and Conditions, reference to the singular shall include references to the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
20.2 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions any document referenced these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
21. Law and jurisdiction.
21.1 Your Account My ELS and the provision of the Services are governed by Cypriot law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, your Account My ELS and these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to Cypriot law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
21.2 The services provided by us are intended exclusively for players who are not prohibited by the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
21.3 We will not be liable for any illegal or unauthorised use of the Website or its respective services.
