      Always check your personal online account My ELS. Here you can verify whether your numbers are being processed.

       

      3. Solution

      If the numbers are being processed/visible in your personal account My ELS. Add the following e-mail addresses to your mailaccount: info@els-lotto.com and support@els-lotto.com. We also strongly advise if you have a live, hotmail ore outlook e-mail account to change this to for example to a free Gmail account. 

       

      4. Contact

      If the e-mail is not in the 'junk e-mail' folder, please contact customer service via: support@els-lotto.com.

    • After paying with Sofort why didn't i receive an order confirmation?

      1. Why?

      If you didn't receive an confirmation within 15 minutes after paying by SOFORT. Then In this case the response time of transmitting the (TAN) code was exceeded and your bank didn't confirm the transaction. Because of this SOFORT did not confirm this transaction as being sucessful to us.

       

      2. Check!

      Always check your personal online account My ELS. Here you can verify whether your numbers are being processed.

       

      3. Solution

      If the numbers are visible in your personal account My ELS then probably the confirmation is mistaken for spam.
      - Check your spam filter and the junk e-mail folder.
      - If the order confirmtion is not there add the following e-mail addresses to your mailaccount: info@els-lotto.com and support@els-lotto.com so that next time you wil receive a confirmation. We also strongly advise if you have a live, hotmail ore outlook e-mail account to change this to for example to a free Gmail account.
