To order lottery tickets you can use this on two different games on the play form on the website. After you have chosen one of the lotteries, you can enter your own favorite lucky numbers by clicking on the button "Form" or you can choose a "Quick Pick". A "Quick Pick" is the fast way of selecting numbers.

Your lines are randomly selected by the computer with a "Quick Pick".

The closing time for processing your tickets depends on the lottery you have choosen. Below you will find the specific closing time for each lottery mentioned.

Note: Ticket(s) ordered after closing time will be processed for the next upcoming draw.

How do I check if my participation is successfully processed?

- Login to your My ELS account with your e-mail address and your password.

- Click on the lottery of your choice in the left menu.

- Status "in process", your ticket is processed.

- Did you receive an order confirmation? (successful transaction immediately after completion)

- After you have received your order confirmation, the ticket will appear online up to 30 minutes before the upcoming draw.

If you see the status "pending" after you have successfully completed the payment / checkout but do not receive order confirmation, please contact our customer service.

No later than 30 minutes before the draw, you can view your lottery tickets online in your personal account My ELS.

When the payment collection fails or when a cancellation occurs, Euro Lottery Services reserves the right not to distribute prizes. Your prize money will be temporarily blocked in your account My ELS.

Yes, you can easily cancel your subscription yourself.

Step 1. Login to your My ELS account with your e-mail address and your password.

Step 2. Click in the left menu on the lottery you want to cancel.

Step 3. Now click on the X behind the lottery line you want to cancel.

When you have clicked on the cross, your lottery ticket is automatically canceled after the last paid playing month. After processing you will receive a confirmation by e-mail for your own administration that your subscription has been canceled.
